Rogue Valley Habitat for Humanity is excited to announce that we are gearing up to accept applications for our largest development to date - a 12 home development in East Medford. We are seeking eager and willing Partner Families to become the future owners of these two-story, three bedroom, zero-lot-line homes off of Grandview Ave in Medford. 

Information listed below will answer many questions regarding the requirements needed to qualify for this specific 2024 homeownership opportunity. Many other questions will be answered at the orientation meeting or you may find answers by reviewing our "frequently asked questions" section on this website.

Applicants must currently reside OR work in Jackson County to be considered for partnership in our housing program.

Medford must be a viable living location for the applicant. 

 

Applicant(s) must not have owned Real Property within the last three years.

(For purpose of this application, a manufactured home where the space was rented is not considered Real Property and would qualify).

At least one of the program applicants must legally reside in the United States with Permanent Resident status or United States Citizenship. This person must also be the source of the qualifying income. 

Please join us for an informational orientation session where we will present many of the exciting details for this project, the details of the Habitat homeownership program, our qualification guidelines, review and explain the application and have time for questions & answers.

This orientation is not required but is highly recommended. 

If you are unable to attend in person, a recording of the orientation will be uploaded to this page on January 29th for your reference.

Applications will be available to download and print or pickup from our office beginning

9am on Tuesday, January 28th, 2025. 

Completed applications will be due by

5pm on Friday, February 28th, 2025.
