Rogue Valley Habitat for Humanity is excited to announce that we are currently accepting applications for our largest development to date - a 12 home development in East Medford. We are seeking eager and willing Partner Families to become the future owners of these two-story, three bedroom, zero-lot-line homes off of Grandview Ave in Medford. 

Information listed below will answer many questions regarding the requirements needed to qualify for this specific 2025 homeownership opportunity. Many other questions will be answered in the orientation video or you may find answers by reviewing our "frequently asked questions" section on this website.

Applicants must currently reside OR work in Jackson County to be considered for partnership in our housing program.

Medford must be a viable living location for the applicant. 

 

Applicant(s) must not have owned Real Property within the last three years.

(For purpose of this application, a manufactured home where the space was rented is not considered Real Property and would qualify).

At least one of the program applicants must legally reside in the United States with Permanent Resident status or United States Citizenship. This person must also be the source of the qualifying income.
